Refund/Cancellation Policy
New/ Preloved Products
Returns
- Once a sale is confirmed by GOKIDDEE, it cannot be cancelled/refunded.
- Upon delivery of the product, buyer has to confirm the condition of the product within 24 hours.
- No confirmation/ Confirmation after 24 hours is considered to be acceptance of product and not eligible for refund/cacellation.
- For any damage/refund claims, please share an unboxing video of the same.
- Please expect some wear and tear as the products are preloved.
Damages
- Kindly raise your concern within 24 hours of receiving the product (return claims after 24 hours will not be accepted). Kindly send us an email on info@gokiddeee.com with the relevant unboxing videos and images.
- Our team will review your complaint and get back as soon as possible.
- We usually respond within 48 hours’ time.
- In case of a refund confirmation (by us), the item needs to be packed within 2 days. We would require images of the packaging for logistical ease and coordination.
- Ensure the original packaging is intact
- The product should remain unused
- Refund will be processed once the item has been returned to the seller,
- Refund will be processed via your original mode of payment. This may take 5-7 days’ time after receipt of the product.
Cancellations
- Once the order is placed and paid, the order cannot be cancelled in the interim , unless the item is unavailable for any reason.
- Once the item is blocked, payment has to be made with in 24 hours of blocking. Order gets cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 24 hours.
Rental Products
- Once the member is registered, the registration fee, the deposit amount and the rental amount paid is not refundable/ cancellable/ Transferrrable. Only refundable deposit wherever mentioned in refundable.
- One time registration fee, Non-refundable deposit and the rental amount (as per the plan subscribed) will not be refunded once paid.
- Refundable deposit will be paid once the member confirms the closure of the membership.
- Refund of refundable deposit will be processed via your original mode of payment. This may take 5-7 days’ time after receipt of the products taken on rent.
