• The Shipping of the products is chargeable unless it is specified as free shipping or covered under any promotional offers.
• A complete shipping address including Pin code, e-mail and contact umber to be provided by buyer for shipping.
• Buyer to check their shipping address twice before confirmation of the order.
• Delivery will be made through our Delivery Partner or by Indian Post were DTDC is not available or any other authorised courier.
• Shipping time is generally 3-14 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) from the date the order is confirmed for delivery.
• Orders are usually not shipped on weekends or public holidays
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an intimation with the tracking details
• Please note that GOKIDDEE can't be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, festivals, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond its control.
• Buyer to promptly confirm the receipt of order to GOKIDDEE within 24 hours of receipt.
• Buyer has to share 360o unboxing video to claim for any refunds.
• Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including weather conditions, strikes etc.
• In case of return of a product, the shipping charges will be deducted from seller from the next shipment.
• Buyer has to return the product in as is condition without any damages. If any further damages, then the amount will be deducted accordingly.
